How long does it store? Up to 3 months refrigerated. Freezes well and lasts up to 1 year frozen. You can even take it frozen — great for soothing a sore throat!

Freezing Instructions: If freezing in the jar, remove 3 inches of syrup first and freeze without the lid to allow for expansion. Some customers prefer freezing into single-serving ice cube trays.
