Who can take it? Anyone age 1 to adult!

How long does it store? Up to 3 months refrigerated. This can vary depending on fridge temps and if it is ever left out, spoons dipped in, etc. It freezes well and lasts 1 yr frozen. You can scoop it out and take it frozen which is nice for a sore throat.

FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS:

If you freeze directly in the jar, remove 3 inches of syrup and freeze without the lid at first to allow for expansion. Freeze at your own risk as there is always a risk of breakage. Some people freeze into single serving ice cube trays.
