No refunds!
If an item arrives damaged you must send at least 2 clear photos within 48 hrs of arrival. A replacement will be sent out on damaged items. We are not responsible if you forget to get your syrup out of the mail and it goes bad. Be sure to keep an eye on tracking! You can sign up for SMS tracking updates.
