It is our goal to process orders placed before 2pm, the same day, but processing time may take up to 2 days, not including Fridays, holidays or weekends.
FRIDAY SHIPMENTS:
To ensure you receive the best quality products, we do not always ship on Fridays, especially items that require refrigeration upon arrival, depending on location and time of year. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

Processing time may be longer right after a holiday, during the month of Dec or if the website explicitly states we have slower than normal processing times. We reserve the right to extend processing time as needed.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS:
Processing time on subscription orders may take longer if an item is out of stock.
MIXED ORDERS:
We ship everything in one shipment, so if there is an out-of-stock, back-ordered, pre-order, or any other mix of items, everything will ship at once.

We know how important it is to get your orders as quickly as possible, so you can take care of your family. Stay stocked with backups and consider getting on our subscription plan. We recommend having a backup of our refrigerated items in your freezer in case of an emergency and a jar of our Fire Cider in your cabinet at all times. Look out for our bundle deals!
