How to use:

Take it right off the spoon! 1 to 2 T, 1-3 x per day depending on health goals.

Sea Moss Gel is great in tea & other hot/cold beverages, smoothies, food, or alone!

Get creative - as long as you consume daily!

This is a hand made, small batch made product. Each batch may vary in color, texture.  Best used within 3 weeks or freeze half in a mason jar and use half at a time.

SHELF LIFE: 2 - 4 weeks refrigerated but can vary inneach household. Lasts up to 6 months frozen. Be sure to take daily so it doesn't go bad before you get to the end of your jar. We do not offer refunds on sea moss that has gone bad after 3 weeks.
