Usage & Care Information
Elderberries are clincally proven to reduce colds and flu symptoms. Our Elixir has been formulated to have amazing health promoting qualities.

USAGE: In our home for DAILY MAINTENANCE/PREVENTION we do the following 5 days a week:
Infants & Children: 1/4 for infant syrup and 1 teaspoon for age 1 and up, daily.
ADULTS: 1-2 Tablespoon Daily
BOOSTING SERVING on the days your not feeling 100%!
We take the Elderberry Syrup for a few initial immune punch servings every 15 min, then hourly spreading out to 1-3 hrs, or as needed. Follow how your body is feeling and adjust usage accordingly. You can't take too much but in very high doses it may have a laxative effect. Everyone's thresh hold is different.

SHELF LIFE: up to 3 months refrigerated (best not stored on the door or it may only last 30 days. 1 yr frozen.
FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS:
If you freeze directly in the jar, remove 3 inches of syrup and freeze without the lid at first to allow for expansion. Freeze at your own risk as there is always a risk of breakage and we will not replace due to breakage. Some people freeze into single serving ice cube trays.
